Refund Policy

At Lizity, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your product arrives defective or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions.

Timeframes

  • Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

  • Manufacturing defects: up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

For visible damages (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos or a short video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered due to misuse.

Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (for example, links removed from a bracelet).

Once the product is received and quality control is approved, the customer may choose to:

  • Exchange it for another product available in stock, or

  • Receive a refund for the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.

Important: The warranty does not cover

  • Cosmetic damage after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, dents).

  • Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Improper use of accessories.

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, reduced battery life, etc.).

  • Resistance tests not recommended (drops, exposure to water, or excessive pressure).
