At Lizity, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery Times
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take 1 to 3 business days.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent to your email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Partial Shipments
If you purchase more than one product, they may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking code.
Possible Customs Fees
In rare cases, customs may apply additional duties or taxes. Such costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Address
Please review your details carefully before finalizing your order. In case of an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to the sender and any reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
